Labyrinth AI is a purely cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing 3D virtual science simulations. No physical goods, packages, hardware components, or printed materials will be shipped to your billing address.
2. Delivery Timelines
Access to paid subscription plans (Plus and Pro) is provisioned instantly upon successful authorization of your payment by our payment processor (Razorpay). Your account status will update automatically in the platform database within seconds of completion, enabling full limits for 3D model uploads, AI explanations, and session saves immediately.
3. Product Exchange Policy
Since Labyrinth AI is a digital software product, traditional product "exchanges" do not apply. However, you can change or adjust your active subscription tier (upgrade or downgrade) at any time through the Profile or Pricing pages. The platform will automatically calculate any pro-rated credits and apply them to your next billing cycle.
